Are you dreaming of making art but are not sure how to get started? Are you looking for a fun activity to do with your family? This 3-hour workshop is designed to encourage both adults and children to be playful and unleash their inherent creativity. No experience required!

In the first part of the workshop, participants will explore techniques for creating abstract patterns and textures by using paint and found objects to draw and stamp on reclaimed papers. And in the second part, participants will collage their printed papers with other SCRAP-found materials and mount them on wood.

We will also discuss basic abstract composition, techniques, and tools accessible for all ages, so come prepared to learn and have fun at the same time! There is absolutely no pressure to complete a final piece of art. In fact, we encourage you to take it home and practice what you have learned.
