Module #3:  Mixed media techniques on collage

Participants will learn mixed media techniques to add to their abstract collage design using a variety of tools. They will work on adding color with paint and oil pastels, layering and editing, creating translucent layered effects, glazing, scrapping, sanding to create textures and patterns.  They will need the collage they created in the previous class or any other collage they’ve made, preferably on a sturdy and durable surface like wood.
